Travel insurance

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend you and your guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. You should be satisfied that your chosen insurance cover fully meets your personal requirements especially in respect of inclement weather, personal injury or illness.

Tour Terms and Conditions

Prices: Booking Payments: 100% accepted at time of booking or at any time prior to 30th October 2019
OR payment plan as set out below:
Twin Share: Total $5,520per person.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,104.00 is due within 7 Days of booking to secure your seat.
2nd payment of $1,104.00 due 22nd May 2019
3rd payment of $1,104.00 due 22nd July 2019
4th payment of $1,104.00 due 22nd September 2019
Final payment of $1,104.00 due 22nd October 2019

Solo traveller: Total $7,000
A non-refundable deposit of $1,400.00 is due within 7 Days of Booking to secure your seat.
2nd payment of $1,400.00 due 22nd May 2019
3rd payment of $1,400.00 due 22nd July 2019
4th payment of $1,400.00 due 22nd September 2019
Final payment of $1,400.00 due 22nd October 2019

To our best endeavour the programme and prices are correct at ‘Time of Printing’ and are subject to change. Should ground or airline costs increase, you will be required to pay any such increase prior to departure.

Tour Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation by you must be made in writing and is effective from the date of physical receipt by us. The date on which the letter is received by us will determine the cancellation charges applicable. The cancellation charges are expressed as a percentage of the total tour price and based on the number of days notice before date of departure. Date of departure is defined as the day of commencement of any tour arrangement we have made for you.
These charges are as follows:
– > 70 days before departure – loss of deposit.
– 69-45 days before departure 50%
– 44 – 31 days before departure 75%
– 30 days or less before departure 100%
– No Show 100%
Further Fees may be applied. In the event you are entitled to a refund please note these may take 6-10 weeks to be returned to us from tour and airline companies.

Domestic Tour Cancellation Policy

Itinerary

AbFab Tours reserve the right to change itineraries as circumstances arise.

Tour Price Change

If the number of participants in this tour is significantly less than budgeted, AbFab Tours reserve the right to amend the advertised price. If this occurs you will be given the option of cancelling your booking and obtaining a full refund.

Termination

AbFab Tours reserve the right to decline the booking or terminate the holiday of any traveller.

Holiday termination may occur if a passenger causes annoyance or nuisance to others or behaves unacceptably (including drunken or uncontrolled behaviour, offensive language, malicious or negligent use of facilities, theft or any other form of behaviour deemed inappropriate by AbFab Tours).

No refund will be provided in these circumstances. Charges may apply for any damage caused.

Events Beyond our Control

AbFab Tours do not accept any liability in the event and not limited to War, Terrorism, Floods, Acts of God, Fire, and Acts of Government.

Belongings

Any monies, valuables, or goods that belong to you which are brought on tour remain your responsibility. AbFab Tours are not responsible for their safekeeping and will not replace damaged, lost or stolen items.

AbFab Tours Seat Rotation Policy: Seat Rotation Policy is where you move around the bus every day so everyone enjoys the chance to experience all parts of the bus fairly.

NB: All passengers pay the same, so all participate to share. This will give all passengers a chance to meet everyone. Seat Rotation procedure:

Just skip 1 row of seat each day. This rotation policy is fair for all that everyone moves clockwise skipping a row each day. That way everyone gets a turn in all parts of the bus (doesn’t guarantee front seat but front section as depending on how many days travelling/trips is). On departure a sheet showing your seat allocations for each day will be hand to you.

Flights: At the time of printing, flights are based on Virgin Australia. Flight times are still subject to schedule change..

Withdrawal of Services: We reserve the right to withdraw services and expel from any tour any person who is causing risk to themselves or the environment, or negatively impacting on others’ enjoyment of their tour. In the event that this occurs, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of any sort and that you will be fully responsible for your travel arrangements from the point of expulsion.

Legal Jurisdiction and principles:

By signing the booking form you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions, and we agree to engage in your tour in the way stated by us.
